After Brennley had spent a few years visiting Nashville on a monthly basis, something happened that changed everything. Nationally televised singing competition ‘The Voice’ lowered their age restrictions, allowing teens as young as fourteen to audition. Although initially trepidatious, Brennley tried out and flourished in the competition. “I made it to the top five in the finals,” Brennley recalls, “I was the youngest highest charting artist in the history of the show. It helped shape me into the artist I am today and was a valued steppingstone in my journey.”
